1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MaidFlow ("Service"), operated by MaidFlow ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including business owners, employees, and team members who are granted access through an invitation.

2. Description of Service

MaidFlow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help cleaning service businesses manage their operations, including:

• Booking and scheduling management
• Customer relationship management
• Team and employee management
• Payment tracking
• Automated email reminders and notifications
• Business analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

Access to MaidFlow requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is available on our website at https://maidflowhq.com. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@maidflowhq.com. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months
• You will retain access to your data for 30 days after cancellation

4.4 Refunds

Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@maidflowhq.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Collect or harvest any information from the Service without authorization
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. Your Data and Content

6.1 Your Content

We implement reasonable security measures to protect Your Content. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of MaidFlow and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

The Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Google for authentication, maps, and analytics
• Resend for email delivery

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAIDFLOW, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MaidFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MaidFlow operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
